China's Providing Non-Lethal Military Assistance to Russia

NBC News reports the US believes China may be providing non-lethal military assistance to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine. Secretary of State Tony Blinken has said China is quote strongly considering providing lethal aid as well. Vice President Kamala Harris with that warning to China at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
