The Lions' Decision to Take Devin Witherspoon
I think that was always going to be the nature of the number five slot. Devin Witherspoon is a little bit smaller than the sort of prototypical Pete Carroll Seahawks cornerback, but super, super aggressive player. And then they come back at 20 and take Jackson Smith and Jigba,. which seems super fun as a compliment to DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Geno being like one of the big winners of the draft is awesome to me because he's done more than smother quarterbacks.
