Vicki's still sending her stuff back saying, bismark is agitating for a conflict with france. He's setting it all up. And so even though she's got impeccable sources saying bismarck's doing this, don't listen to the foreign office. They're getting it. Victoria thinks, na, it must be the french. She completely ignores outstanding intelligence and and gets it horribly wrong. That, sir, thats as clear cut an example of a royal intelligence blunder i can think of.
