Podcast Index Not Updated as Often?

I use Podverse on Android. The app is great. I have a membership as do I. As I like to mark episodes as complete. There are some stuff this member locked. One thing I run into though, is certain podcasts on the podcast index are not updating every week. While they do update every week and say like the Google or the Apples or the Spotify apps. That's gotta be like the whatever the podcast index is looking at has gotta be a feed that's not getting updated as recently,. right? Cause it's just check the feed and import it, right? It's not like it's, but if you submit the wrong feed to the index or something like that
