Are You Investing in Your Small Business?

I hear a lot of horror stories from retailers where people will come in, they'll browse the products, and then they'll try to find a cheaper version that they can buy somewhere on line. And it seems like that would be really hard to do with your shop. I mean, frankly, you have such lovely, unique things in there. I can't imagine trying to find them on amazon. But do you have people doing that? No, i don't think so. This is an important idea. It is important. But, you know, it's, it's beyond dollars.
