Growth is one of the biggest reasons why people want to grow their team. The more you actually invest into chasing that thing, the more elusive it becomes. I saw a good example of this once with a client we were working with. He has a channel, and he was growing about two thousand subscribers per day. And then he's like, tim, i can't keep this up. It's really easy to move on from a relationship that didn't work if everyone understood that it was only going to be temporary or short term in the beginning.
