The Ark of the Covenant Is Going Before Them

From out sinai it's almost like let's just get away as far as we can i mean we've been there for over a year and we've been waiting to finally get to the holy land so it's like they just uh uh move as quickly as they could and as far away as they can. The ark becomes kind of this symbol of of power it's like god's chariot thrown and he's riding atop it and he's on the move and his enemies are scattering before him So they sing that or they chant that or whatever they do when the ark is on the move, verse 36 then they would sing return oh lord to the myriad thousands of israel.
