The Cubs Shouldn't Spend Up to a Luxury Tax This Offseason

I don't expect the Cubs to spend every dollar they can up to a luxury tax this offseason. I'd rather them spend some here make some some maybe some trades that maybe us as a fan base don't see as significant but solid. Oh man the next couple months are gonna be interesting for Cubs fans and for the Cubs and all of us are ready for the postseason to be over so we can just get to it.
