The Russians Are the Experts in Propaganda

We've always in this country been relatively pragmatic. We are about helping and solving and working things out. All of a sudden, we became ideological. When they're ideologies, well, now propaganda works with ideology. That's fertile soil for propaganda. Sure if you got ideologies, who's the world expert in propaganda? Crowds. No, the Russians were. The Russians are the world's experts. They don't put up posters anymore. They just send it right to your phone. It's done. So we, it's us, not the Russians. We're the problem."
