Southwest Airlines Will Not Refund Cancellations

Southwest says it will refund tickets on canceled flights and they promise to reimburse travelers who were forced to pay for hotel rooms, meals and flights on other airlines. They lost 75 million during a smaller disruption in October last year that resulted in about 2,000 canceled flights. So you know what they'll do? We're too big to fail. Federal government has to give us money. That's coming down the road somewhere along the line. But I say let them fail. If you're a good company, succeed.
