The Texas Chaplain Law Gives Final Approval
The Texas House of Representatives Wednesday gave final approval to a bill to allow uncertified chaplains in public schools. At midnight Tuesday, a bill that had passed the Senate's requiring a version of the 10 commandments be hung in every classroom in the States did not secure a house vote in time and died. "We've just stopped caring at this point," says host David Bianculli.
