I don't think there is any particular bias in favour of certain clubs. I just think that the premier league have not got thei ducks in a row quickly, enough. It seems as if they're thinking, let's just hang on and see what happens. You can't do that two times in row. Of course, we don't want to see games played behind closed doors.
