There are some very hopeful threads in in the new foods a movement. A group at the university of copenhagen is trying to figure out how we can and mami taste back into highly nutritious vegetable baste foods. And so i think tat there are, e know, if we have a full understanding of flavour, there are things in that vein that we can do that are better for us in a variety of ways.
