There's a number of countries in africa that seem to have leap frogged the united states, right? You talked alittle bit earlier about the developed nation a really having a almost a privilege, right? That we have something that works good enough, and so we don't think about the cutting edge technology. Is that what's happening here as these developed nations basically are saying, hey, we're so far behind, and the only way that we can make progress is to kind of make this giant leap forward? Or is there something else at play with the developed nation? O developing nations, with its all salvador, somewhere like a nigeria, that seemed to really be embracing this
