How to Attract the Right People in an Organization

When you start to get clear on the purpose of your organization and what your vision is, that's easier to articulate. I think sharing the vision is a huge, huge part of attracting the right person. So then once you've got those people through the door, how do you then drive growth of an actual other firm? Yes, massive challenges, people. The good people, the good people, I was just kind of thinking about what would I have liked to have done? And I once been entrepreneur, I want to start with my own business. That's why kind of a network side I think works for me because I'm used to working with Entrepreneurial entrepreneurs.
