Listen More Than You Speak

Aubrey: In our culture, i think we have a real bias toward speaking. A lot of us do feel that we feel this sort of society pressure to participate,. But it doesn't actually exist. We can certainly just listen and just absorb in any language or group conversation. Take those opportunities to listen to group conversations until you feel comfortable participating.
