Jeremy Hunt says £32 billion that the government was planning on borrowing to give away to taxpayers will now still be inside the Exchequer and help them balance the books. Paul Kelso is our business correspondent, he's been spending much of the day on a trading floor,. So what did you make of what the new Chancellor announced about Quasi Quarteng's fiscal statement budget? I think it might actually be a mini budget at last, because there's so little left. Everything else has had a big red pen cut through it. We lost the income tax, basic rate reduction was the big one today as well as cuts to dividend tax."
