Gideon Falter says events are still moving very quickly in Ukraine. He thinks the picture is not going to plan of what he wanted. There's significant evidence, i think, of war crimes having taken place. They are now moving to pretty intense bombardment of urbenarius. And i think he's all in. He's got to win, as far as he's concerned.
