The Most Important Part of Writing

The most important part of writing to me is the two hour walk at 6am. I tend to compose in my head and then write all at once so I'll write something in my head for three or four days and then put 5,000 words out in 30 minutes. My wife makes fun of me but if I'm giving a presentation that gets written in the shower and she's like what are you saying in the shower? I'm like I'm just rehearsing. I have to be moving for me there's a somatic component to it. I need soap and shit. That really helps the articulation. Got a massage that's right. That's right. You me Morgan H
