Former Deputy Attorney General Donald Ayer and former principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tom Dupree weigh in. Former President Trump wrote a 14 page document that does not clarify if he's going to comply with this intended subpoena. I don't think there's any chance that he will comply with the subpoena, they say. They also believe it would be difficult for the committee to try to enforce this subpoena in court given the time horizon ahead.
