i work specificaly with people coming from christian backgrounds to help them feel just more freedom in their sexual experiences. I've had several clients who have that concern, and i absolute or working with them. Our bodies still hold that memory of sex is bad, or masturbation is wrong. And so how do we really, with gentleness and love and respect for our bodies and for our histories, heal those, those felt memories of shame?
