Is Bob Chapek the Right Guy to Start the Disney Plus Business?

I have confidence in Bob Iger to be the guy who looks at what is the end state of the Disney plus streaming business. He also made the previous candy moves of things like buying Pixar, buying Marvel, buying Lucasfilm. Like there are lots of smart moves that he's done. And yet that's what he did because in the end, he thought that the people didn't matter. They could always hire creative people somewhere else and save money in the bargain. It remains to be seen if Eiger reverses this thing that they've already done in many ways.
