Is There a Majority in the House?

Mr. Speaker, I think there were two really big things that happened that should make Republicans spend a lot of time thinking about how it all occurs. Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush both carried Miami Dade, which had never been done before by a team like that. Florida is a state which has literally shifted now into a Republican base. The transfer of power from a left-wing Democrat to a conservative Republican is going to be gigantic. We continue to watch the ballots come in and we'll let you know the results as we get them.
