State Constitutional Sanctuary

Every state needs to pass the sanctuary resolution, constitutional sanctuary. It's a statement of principles and human rights that certain things are ironclad. And i think some of that language needs to be codified in state constitutions. The worst thing bitam wants to do is come out like, boom, you know, when it's too late. We want to drag him out behind the bushes and just pounce on it before he could even talk about it. But again, like i told you, they've moved on.
