How to Scale a Design Team Overnight?
At scipea, you scaled the design team and grew it overtime. I'm curious how you've approached growing a design team that fast. What are some of the problems that you've seen consistently tween the two? Perhaps, to me at least, we didn't scale the dicentiaat ardio that uncontrollably fast. But in general, it's, it's all the usual stuff. It's a lot about process stuff, and it's a lotAbout consistency stuff and acid management stuff. Knowledge transfer.
