How to Scale Up an Agile Team With More Than One Chief
I don't define how a management team should do their decision making. I think they are adults. That's why they are managers in the blue team. If I am required to help them to solve problems with each other, then something else is wrong. However, they get their work done in that blue team. Let's up to them. But indeed, I assume that the base is as autonomous as possible and can make nearly all decisions by themselves. There will be dependencies on other bases if it is a larger organization. For sure.
