Is It a Re-Emergence of the Ideology in Brazilian Politics of the Diktatorship?

The way that we actually came out of the dictatorship was not about a huge victory for like, by the democratic movements in brazil. It was about making agreements, right? So lilet, let's agree on this, on that, and on the military. The bitary as going through like an economic crisis, and they were dealing with a lot of challenges at the time,. so it was kind ofli it was advantageous for the military to cut some deals as well. And one of the reasons that they did that was to make sure that they wouldn't really be held responsible for a lot of the things th at they did under dictatorship.
