The Importance of Action Sheets on iOS
The red button basically is always on the top, which seems counterintuitive because normally we think of the thing at the top of the list to be the most prominent. This is a perfect example of Fitt's Law such that the most likely action is closest to the user's thumb. In material two, fabs are now generally centered. So it doesn't matter whether you're right-handed or left-handed. And then things pop out of it upwards and those are even further away from your thumb.
This week, we dive deep on several design principles that will help you make better decisions when creating interfaces and interactions.
