The Long Range Attack Problem - What if Someone Starts a Fork?
In a recent block post, i described what is called weak subjectivity. The idea behind weak ubjectivity is that instead of so with proof of work, it's a consensus mode that you can call it objective. That means if some new note ajoining the network seize the current set of blocks that have been produced, that new note will be able to come to exactly the same conclusion as everyone else about what the valid block is. I am arguing that in order to make proof of stake work, you need a consensus bottle which is weakly subjective. It all depends on what s idual, nons unique notalistis, right? So weaks ubjectivities.
