The Customer Journey and the Pain Points of Agile Architecture
The customer experience as a whole is more than just using the features. The acquisition crew, by the way, is exactly the same on the other hand, supplier facing. Everyone that you sign contracts with vendors, gig economy workers, freelancers, whatever, they have an experience with you as a company. And in my experience, that can suck quite a few times as a supplier or vendor to survive in the 21st century.
