The White House Feels Like Mandates Are Necessary
Gutiero: This is going to be a tough road o for the white house. We've already seen governors attorneys general across the country challenging this before it's even effectively in place yet. And there's an evolution here from the president. When he first took office, he was pretty opposed to the idea of having vaccine mandates. Didn't think they'd be necessary. But his hand was forced by the reluctance of certain segments of the population and some states led by republican governors.
