What's the Argument of Adrian Vermule on the Constitution?
Adrian vermule is a professor at harvard law school. He's focused in on what he's come to call common good constitutionalism. The basic argument is this: It's that the constitution does not explain itself. And so i disagree with him totally, and i'mhappy to talk about it. But one thing i'll say in favor of him is that he's arguing that you do need some principles under girding your constitutional interpretation.
