Staying Consistent in Sales and Marketing
Don't stop outreach at the same clip as you do six or 12 months later. Do not make the mistake of stopping one action to do the other. Only when that authority machine is feeding you clients in a consistent way that you can rely on should you stop the outreach completely. You want to do a gradual evolution until you get to a place where you know your authority machine is bringing in those clients, and then you can stop the outreachcompletely.
