IRS's Position in the Irish Multifamily Market
IRS is the biggest private landlord in Ireland with 4,000 plus units. Rents are an all time high and there's also a scarcity of supplying the market. IRS came into the market when the Irish economy was at a very low ed, you know, posted 2008 crash. There has been considerable price appreciation for assets in the market. It's sector that's finding its feet.
