i actually do think that the left should get better on some of the specifics of drug policy. If addiction treatment was free, and you could just walk in and say, listen, i need support, and have it be there long term, would change so many things. The fact that employment is a barrier to treatment means that anybody who is unemployed is already facing an additional barrier. You can't take paid time off to be treated for ediction issues.
