The Importance of Price Sensitivity in Product Quality
I think a lot of people are like, hey, we're seeing this in our retention, you know, subscription cancellations and this and that. And what do you think of the data? One of the questions I always ask is like, you don't have anything of like, is the product bad? Is that a good value for them when you combine everything else? It doesn't mean you need to be price sensitive, but you do need to factor that in. The communication, the educational content, how are you educating them? Are you keeping them educated?
