Is Kansas a Bright Spot for Democrats?

The abortion issue has helped the Democratic party. There are a few states where abortion rights may be more on the line than in many other states. Kansas, you've got a very active Democratic base in the suburbs around Kansas city. And there's a lot of scar tissue around former governor Sam Brownback who cut too much and his job approval is low.
