Is New York a Wild West?

I think we're going to see, just broadly, a change from what's known as good cause or probable cause, into the moor shall issue category. Some states might try to argue that their regimes, although they are technically may issue regimes, actually function differently new yorks. I would suspect that schools, government buildings, probaly, mass transit, other places will be found to be sensitive places in which guns can be prohibited. The basis for that is still a little bit obscure.
