Western evangelicalism is currently experiencing a crisis of integrity. The greatest challenge facing the church to day is not better leadership, but gospel inintegrity. How do we avoid sitting in an echo chamber on either side of that divide? If evangelicalism is historic, mere creedal, catholic christianity, then it is a good thing for evangelicals to read old books as well as new books.
