You Can't Be Whole if You Just Hire Someone and Leave Him Alone
The command is be ye, therefore whole. And they can't be whole if you just hire them and leave them alone. A good leader will say, everything that we do is wrong and nobody knows what they are doing. I will set up systems. I will do double checks. I will verify and make sure that there aren't things out there that will hurt people. That's what a multiplier leader will do.
