Municipalities Are a Significant Disadvantage Against the Industry Players
The FCC is looking at the small self-proceeding. It was actually kind of very clear that the FCC was like, we are going to prioritize the deployment of this new technology. But we want to make sure we get it out there as fast as we can. And so when a community files comments, that has to be taken really seriously, because that might be the only input that you get from them. When we looked at the MTE proceeding, it was a little bit more of the same, where we saw a little less municipal participation.
