Is Damien Pierce a Great Redraft Pick?

The Houston Texans rushing expectations for fantasy points last year was terrible. Damien Pierce is going to be a starter and he's a young rookie running back, which those usually do well. But there's very little draft capital invested in this team that will have a ton of really good draft capital going forward because they won't be a great team. Those type of players are more often than not replaced early in their career so I like Damien Pierce more for redraft than for dynasty.
