i encourage you to settle yourself down, make yourself nice and comfortable in your meditation space. You might even challenge yourself to meditate somewhere very inspirational this week. I yesterday went to my favorite park, which is at the ringling museum near where i live in sarasota. And i was able to sit by the bay amongst huge banyon trees and feel the ocean breeze and meditate. But it nourished my mind body and soul. So try meditating somewhere very inspirational before the series ends. We are at day six, so make sure you do it.
