What Matters in Neuronal Coordination?

There are a few different theoretical outlooks on what matters in terms of co ordination between nerons. Some folks think hat the the key thing is assemblies, that it matters that this set of nerons fires at the same time and with small delays. There's there's an alternative hypothesis, m which is the idea of sequences that preserve information. Those three different ways of looking at the world, i think, lead to different experiments that you would do with these many neuron control systems.
