The Importance of Duty of Care

There's been a lot of focus recently, especially within the banking industry and due to care of customers. It feels like these technology companies that are pushing boundaries and trying to be innovative may sometimes feel like they're not having that duty of care as much as larger, more regulated banks. Maybe the answer is more sort of investment tests and checking how well investors understand what they're doing. And maybe looking at the portfolio performance and so on to try and identify the investors who are taking decisions out of ours or potentially becoming slightly addicted.
