Many feel the United States has sort of ceded to China in recent years. The vice president, Kamala Harris, is there now beginning her multi day trip to Africa. She pledged that the US stands with the continent. Are you seeing that happen beyond rhetoric? Is that something where this administration is taking concrete steps to enact?
