The California electric vehicle mandate that takes place in 2035 will have to be EV. There is opportunity for a set of entrepreneurs to create battery technology that doesn't necessarily need cobalt. Both the things you said are why we need like an effective government. Like it feels like we're about to fight some very critical war over the next couple of decades.
