The Effects of Alcohol-Free Beers on Alcohol Consumption

In a German study, volunteers each drank 1.5 liters of 0.4% ABV beer in an hour. Regular blood samples were then analyzed for everybody for traces of alcohol and it was 100 times lower than drink drive limit. So with more of us turning to these booze-free beers, or should that be booze-less beers? It's time to tackle Stuart's question: Are they better for us than our regular pint?
