The Biggest Issue Is Refunds

Do you get a refund in the flight you weren't able to take, and compensation for the price that you had to pay elsewhere? And what about things like hotels? If a listener here who says, spent eight hours at departure gate an dublin airport on s Saturday, only to be told at four p m, that the flight was definitely cancelled.
