The Open Solar Plexus and the Undefined Spaces

Being an executive director of a nonprofit was like the worst thing I could do. You're fighting for every dollar that you can possibly bring in through the doors. And people are really emotional but can't name their emotion. So somehow it becomes my my fault or me or something about me, rather than their ability to read themselves and what they're going through. We need to normalize not pressurizing decisions and giving people space to feel their feelings before they make them.
